Deana Olivares-Lambert

Deana specializes in strategic communications, both internal (community relations, organizational development) and external (public outreach and brand management).  She has a graduate degree in Management 20 years of professional experience in private, public and nonprofits sectors, and is fluent in Spanish.

Deana's background is in business development, organizational leadership and DEIA implementation facilitation. On a community level, she  builds strategic partnerships and strong relationships for regional growth. 

Her career includes sales, strategic planning and communications, operations management, training, and organizational development for organizations such as the Lewis Group of Companies, Southern California Association of Governments, the Inland Empire Community Foundation, Southern California Leadership Council, the County of San Bernardino, Inland Empire United Way, and The San Bernardino Sun Newspaper among others.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of La Verne, and a Master of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands. She is a Trustee for Chaffey College and is on the Board of Directors for Children’s Fund. She is also a member of the National Latina Business Women Association Inland Empire.
